I'm a recent Computer Science graduate. Most of what I know I picked up by building real projects end to end — figuring things out as I went, not waiting to be taught them.
I'm drawn to backend work and to where it meets AI: a clean API, a sensible database, a model that actually runs inside a product. I'd rather ship something small that works than promise something big that doesn't — and I learn fastest when I'm building.
